In a market overflowing with smartwatches boasting endless performance metrics, we needed to prove that the Galaxy Watch was more than a numbers dashboard — it delivered actionable training insights to help athletes push their limits. But serious athletes are a tough audience, demanding evidence from the field before they give their trust.

So, we went to the people whose word is law in sports: their coaches. Olympians, national team managers, and elite athletes from 8 countries flipped the script; they let the Galaxy Watch guide their own training for the first time. Through 170 pieces of content, these coaches shared how the Watch’s real-time insights shaped when to push, when to rest, and how to tailor training for peak performance.
